Course Description

Introduction
With the increasing use of digital devices in daily life, digital eye strain (DES) has become a prevalent condition affecting patients of all ages. Symptoms such as blurred vision, headaches, dry eyes, and visual fatigue are now common complaints in clinical
optometric practice. Managing this growing issue requires a holistic approach that combines advanced diagnostic tools,
ergonomic solutions, and visual hygiene education.

This webinar will provide optometrists with practical techniques to diagnose and manage digital eye strain effectively. Participants will learn how to assess screen time impacts, identify contributing visual anomalies, and offer tailored interventions, including lens options, behavioral strategies, and advanced tools to relieve symptoms and improve quality of life.
