Weeks Masterclass Series | Total Duration: 16 hours | Total CPD Points: 16 points
With the COVID 19 pandemic upon us as a country, healthcare practitioners running a small business are finding it more and more difficult to keep their practices profitable due to various factors. Whilst some of the factors such as low patients are now within practitioners’ control, some factors such as fixed expenses, variable expenses, cost of sales, cash flow, and similar are totally under the control of practitioners. Most practitioners, however, still don’t have the basic understanding of these elements of accounts which can have an impact on the sustainability of their practices. The need is therefore indicated to introduce practitioners to this topic.
The aim of this masterclass is to introduce healthcare practitioners to the basics of accounting and help them understand some of the elements of accounting critical to their practices.
